Thank goodness, there is delicious BBQ in Seattle! Pig Iron's spice rubbed pulled pork sandwiches practically explode with super tender meat. The baked potato rolls are soft and pillowy. Each order includes a slew of sides to choose from. Add humble surroundings, friendly servers and outdoor seating... and you have a pretty fantastic eatery. Did I mention each table has three bottled sauces to choose from? I particularly enjoyed the chipotle flavor. Score!
