I know we slowed down on our sandwich eating around the holidays, but we still intend to complete the challenge... as much as we can. Fortunately,
we finished the french dip, but it looks like the oyster poboy at Roy's won't be in our future. Much like
Ballard's Rizzo's French Dip,
Roy's BBQ is also now closed.
I haven't tried it yet, but there is an oyster po'boy at Blueacre Seafood if you need a substitution. Or the shrimp po'boy from Where Ya at Matt (truck) has been getting raves.
